General Information

Equipment: We provide our own sound equipment.

Set-up Time: Approximately an hour and a half prior to the service is needed for set-up of equipment and sound check.

Availability: The Helmsmen are interested in setting a date and time to minister at your church or event.

Finances: There are two ways we offer you to sing at your church or event. We will come to your church for $100 travel expenses plus a “love offering” taken during the service, or for a $500 flat rate.

We are not able to do “FREE” concerts. Remember the group members all live in different cities from Sturgis (near the Indiana border) to Alligan (almost to Grand Rapids). And most have full-time jobs and/or businesses they run.

The Bible does say that a “servant is worthy of his hire”. So we appreciate your honoring Christ’s command.

Misc.:  We also make CD’s of our music available as an extension of their ministry.

We have budget goals that we hope to meet when we do extended services (Revivals & Crusades). We will be glad to discuss these with you upon request.
